In our farm, guests can enjoy and explore the practices of 
perma-culture first-hand, as we practice the principles of sustainability by not harming the elements of the plants, the earth and water. Depending on the time of year, guests will delve into a different experience with seasonal food tastings, such as dates and moringa. While in the winter the Khobaizeh Festival is held where guests can try the authentic dishes made of the wild plants that grow in the winter in the Jordan Wadi. Guests can cool off from the heat of the day by enjoying the fresh ground-water pool in some fun water activities. Topping off the active and exciting day, people will be able to relax and listen to deep stories of history and geography that fills the valley by Mohammad, who has spent a lifetime connecting with the unique setting.
