A real experience that offers the visitor an opportunity to spend time in a local house to learn about the history of the area and the work of folk food. Visitors will be introduced to  cooking mansaf or other popular food that integrate Jameed as a key ingredient. Visitor can see the process of converting raw milk to whole sheep milk and other derivatives. Afterwards visitors can be escorted to a trip to the citadel of Karak and the old market and the activity of walking in the Jubilee Forest and cooking Mansaf and manufacturing Jameed.
