JITOA Soft Skills Workshop: Communication Skills & Teamwork

As part of its ongoing Soft Skills workshop series, JITOA successfully organized a Communication Skills and Teamwork training for its members and the inbound tourism sector on September 2-3, 2025, at Centro Mada Amman by Rotana. 

The workshop, conducted by certified Life Skills trainer Ms. Oraib Al Trawneh, brought together 27 enthusiastic participants from across the tourism sector.

Over the course of two days, participants engaged in a vibrant and interactive learning experience that combined practical activities, group exercises, and real-life applications. The sessions fostered meaningful discussions, enhanced collaboration, and helped attendees strengthen both their personal and professional communication skills.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the workshop’s engaging format and practical value. At the conclusion of the training, all participants were awarded certificates of attendance in recognition of their commitment to developing essential workplace skills.

This workshop is one of a series of initiatives by JITOA designed to equip members with vital soft skills, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in today’s dynamic tourism industry.
