Visitors will learn the food heritage of Al-Karak, they will meet a local family experienced in making dairy products and famous for their Jameed, visitors will learn how to select milk from shepherds, how to make cheese, labneh, Jameed, and ghee as well. Mansaf will be prepared by the family and visitors and the group will be escorted on a tour to Al-Karak castle.
